How do you creatively engage potential customers of a provider of sample preparation solutions and then empower them to take action?
Approach
We partnered with NuGEN to develop an integrated scientific communications roadmap that included messaging, scientific trade and business media relations, branding, email marketing and lead generation, and social media.
Impact
NuGEN wanted a unique look for the product launch of their Ovation® SoLo RNA-Seq System. To complement a full media launch, we developed new brand visuals for online advertising, customer communications and conference exhibit materials.
Our program increased NuGEN’s media coverage, site traffic, inbound inquiries and customer engagement.
