Thyme Care is an oncology care management solution providing high-touch, tech-enabled cancer care navigation.


How do you publicly launch a company taking a new approach to oncology care management with the goal of being the ‘connective tissue’ between patients, payers, primary care providers, and specialized oncology care teams?


We partnered with Thyme Care to support their first partner and $22MM funding launch.

Our goals included:

    • Develop focused communications program for the funding announcement
    • Increase brand awareness and excitement with target audiences
    • Develop a strong foundation for ongoing communications and hiring

We spent time getting to know Thyme Care’s approach to oncology care management and the ways they supported patients, clinicians, and everyone in between.Then we worked together to refine Thyme Care’s messaging for external audiences before developing the partnership press release, followed closely by the funding press release.


The media coverage of the announcement engaged more than 22.5 million online readers and garnered 53,000 unique views from business and trade industry audiences and newsletter subscribers. We secured 10+ pieces of key coverage with high-priority trades such as Healthcare Innovation and Fortune’s Term Sheet and funding-focused newsletters.

We also launched the company’s social media presence on LinkedIn and Twitter with a series of posts highlighting the news and subsequent coverage, as well as spotlights of the founding and executive team members.
