How do you build Veyo’s brand as innovative and reliable while generating positive awareness in new markets?


Veyo is reinventing health transportation by integrating consumer technology with healthcare-credentialed rideshare. We partner with Veyo to deploy select media campaigns based on service launches in new states, partnership announcements, and customer experience stories.

We work closely with local market teams, partners and customers to develop clear messaging, case studies, press releases, and media plans that will maximize exposure and increase brand recognition in regional markets.

To establish a strong foundation for corporate positioning and storytelling, we worked with Veyo’s marketing team to first identify key target audiences and then develop the necessary messaging, content, and social media strategies that will increase brand awareness and position Veyo as the preferred NEMT partner in both current and prospective markets.

Our core communications program is supplemented with a proactive strategy for tailored news-based media pitching, thought leadership — including identifying and securing relevant speaking opportunities and industry award recognitions — and communication efforts to support customer service and recruitment needs.



Our work with Veyo continues to maximize regional launch announcements and demonstrate Veyo as a reliable, technology-forward company dedicated to increasing healthcare access through reliable NEMT services.

We’ve expanded Veyo’s story beyond NEMT to position the company as a transportation visionary and demonstrate the role their powerful transportation network plays in the overall healthcare logistics ecosystem. To do this, we capitalize on current and future trends and insert Veyo’s commentary in relevant conversations.

We develop blog posts and opinion editorials in addition to case studies that feature Veyo partners, which include health plans, government organizations, and facilities such as behavioral health treatment centers. We also manage testimonials from Veyo drivers and members and highlight them across various channels, including social media.
